Smsi: "Société Mauritanienne des Services Informatiques" - SUARL has developed an online platform for booking private tours and car rentals, accessible on the website at www.maurigo.com or in the form of a mobile application, This service is subject to the following terms of use and privacy policy , please read these terms carefully.

1. Definitions

• Account: means your account on the Platform that must be created in order for you to enjoy the Service.
• Platform: means the website that can be accessed at www.maurigo, or the mobile application that follows it.
• Reservation: means finalizing the last payment and booking the flight or car.
• Customer: is the natural or legal person who books one of the platform’s services.
• Price: refers to the total number indicated as the price for each Service including all taxes, fees and related costs of services listed, paid by the Customer on the Platform, at the moment of order validation, for a particular Service.
• Services: means all services offered by Maurigo through the Platform.
• Terms and Conditions: means these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform can be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration on the platform by a minor is strictly prohibited. When you access, use or register on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

• You can create an account by completing all the mandatory fields in the registration form, when creating your account, you agree to provide accurate and true information, and to update it through your profile.
• You guarantee to maintain the confidentiality of the password chosen when creating your account and not to communicate it to anyone.
• If you lose or disclose your password, you undertake to notify MauriGo immediately.
• You are solely responsible for the use of your account by third parties.
• When using this platform you give MauriGo - SMSI, as well as the intermediary payment gateways with which MauriGo operates, an authorization to charge the price in your name and on your behalf.
• You can cancel the reservation at any time 12 hours before the specified time for the service, by cancelling the trip from your page on the platform
• In the event of cancellation of the reservation 12 hours before the service time, MauriGo will refund the full price to you, within 15 days at the latest.
• The service cannot be cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
• If your flight departs from the airport, and in the event that you have provided us with your flight information, our chauffeurs will wait for you reasonably, even if the flight is delayed, we will wait.

3. Undertaking by all users of the platform

• By clicking "Sign in with your email address", you understand that you have read and accepted all of these Terms of Use.
  You understand that you are solely responsible for respecting all laws, regulations and obligations applicable to your use of the Platform.
  Further, when using the Platform and during the Trips, you warrant the following
• Not to give any false, misleading, malicious, or fraudulent information or to transmit or use materials that are illegal, or generally contrary to the purposes of the Platform, or to good morals.
• Not to infringe Maurigo's rights and image, in particular its intellectual property rights.
• In the case of renting a car, you understand that Maurigo is not a party to any agreement or contract of any kind made between the parties registered on the Platform.
• Ensure that the driver can contact you by phone at the number registered in your profile, including at the meeting point.
• I agree to give MauriGo - SMSI, and Strip intermediary payment gateways with which MauriGo authorizes to charge the price in my name and on my behalf.
• I also agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of this platform.
• You are obligated to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4. Personal data

In the course of your use of the Platform, Maurigo will collect and process certain of your personal data. When using the Platform and registering as a member, you acknowledge and accept the processing of your personal data by MauriGo in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the Privacy Policy.
